Shipping Timelines

For all shipments, Zero-In requests a minimum time notice based on site location prior to the day equipment is being requested delivered on-site. If less notice is provided, Zero-In will provide best effort at getting the delivery scheduled for the requested date and time.

- Hawaii/Canada - 4 Weeks notice prior to installation

- Continental U.S. Outside of Mid-Atlantic Region - 2 Weeks notice prior to installation

- Within Mid-Atlantic Region - 1 Week notice prior to installation

Shipping Delays

If the requested delivery date changes due to construction timelines, please let Zero-In know of the new requested date/time of delivery ASAP so that the shipping carrier can be updated. If the shipment has already been picked up and is enroute to the requested destination, Zero-In will work with the shipping carrier to update the requested date of delivery. Any concerns found will be brought to the attention of the client for appropriate follow-up.

Spare Display Pick Up

3 Business Days will be needed prior to the requested pick up date for Zero-In to schedule the spare display return to Zero-In. The carrier will need access to the site where an on-site contact will need to be present for arranging the pick up of the spare display.

Spare Display Palletization for Pick-Up

The installer should keep a pallet from the initial equipment delivery to be used for repalletizing the spare display for return to Zero-In. The installer will need to use banding materials or ratchet straps for securing the spare display to the pallet. If there are any concerns with fitting the palletized spare display through the door for when the carrier arrives, the spare display can be palletized outside at the time that the carrier arrives for the pick up. For site locations local to Sparta, NJ a courier can be used in lieu of a freight carrier where the spare display will not need to be palletized.
