- For support issues you'd like to report via email please contact help@zero-in.com. A support ticket will be open and a team member will reach out to help resolve.
Keep in mind that a new support ticket is created any time this email address is CC'ed. Please reference existing case numbers in the subject line of your email (ex. "Case 00001").
*Please be aware - If your contact info is not in our system and you do not note which client/location you are emailing from there may be a delayed reply.
- If you'd like to report a support issue over the phone, please call 888-260-7291 and choose option 2. One of our support members on staff or our Zero-In call center will field your call and create a new ticket for your issue.
